Shipment Cost Error

hi Bob,

you have to check

Shipment cost calculation tab in the shipment document header before saving the shipment document whether shipment cost is fully COMPLETED or not.

if it is A - then not transferred.

in SPRO check settings for shipment costs.

please check and confirm

THe shipment cost document is trying to Transfer the costs to Accounting...you have this error because the Transfer is not successful.  You have to decide if this is what you want to do first.  if you don't want to transfer the costs to accounting..make sure the 'Transfer' checkbox is not marked in your Shipment Cost document. - also check Configuration settings to make sure your shipment cost item category is set for automatic Transfer.
