Non-cumulative key figures are generally measured in related to point in time. Non cumulative key figures in Inventory management are derived in the run time based on In-flow and out-flow of stock movements. Properties of the key figures maintained at the query level will impact the results of the query output. Some of these key figures include Value of valuated stock (0VALSTCKVAL), Quantity of valuated stock (0VALSTCKQTY) etc.,

Let’s have a scenario of generating a report to view the stocks pertaining to last 6 months period including the current month. The report should output Calendar Year/Month along with the valuated stock qty and value information and the overall result should display the stocks pertaining to current month because it represents the stock currently available.

To ensure this output property ‘Calculate Result As’ should be set to ‘Nothing Defined’ for non cumulative key figures. Any other values of this property would reflect in in-correct value.
