As part of our initiative to simplify our dashboarding and reporting solutions, we discontinued the Xcelsius Engage Server product as of December 31, 2009. SAP no longer distributes any new licenses of the Xcelsius Engage Server product and instead are focusing on enhancing Crystal Reports Server dashboarding capabilities. We are updating our support end of life dates to reflect this discontinuation.

For Customers Current on Engage Server Maintenance
- Customers current on Maintenance as of January 1, 2010 can opt for a no fee conversion to the New Products by signing an Upgrade Certificate and returning it by March 31, 2010. After March 31, you will be required to pay a license fee for the conversion. Expect to hear from our maintenance renewal team shortly.
- There will be no change to renewal fees in 2010 for the remaining current maintenance period, plus a 12 month period (Initial Term).
- 2010 renewal stays at the old Engage Server rate. After the Initial Term, 2011 renewal increases to be based on 22% of the list price of Crystal Reports Server and Xcelsius Enterprise.
For Customers Not Current on Engage Server Maintenance
Customers NOT on Maintenance will qualify for discounted upgrade licensing to Crystal Reports Server 50 NUL and 100 NUL products.
For Customers of Other Xcelsius Products
This announcement has no effect to the support policies and roadmap of other Xcelsius products like Xcelsius Present, Xcelsius Engage, and Xcelsius Enterprise. We continue to invest in this product line to make it the best possible presentation and dashboarding tool available.
