My SAP career began in the early 1990's as a customer. After the company went live with SAP I joined Deloitte as a SD/FI consultant. After several global implementations I moved on to Gartner to focus on IT/ERP strategy. In 2005 I decided to transition my career from consulting to marketing and joined SAP Global Marketing. Since joining SAP I have focused on promoting SAP’s success through the voice of the customer. I've worked with hundreds of SAP’s best customers across every industry and market segment to capture, write, publish, and promote their amazing success stories via case studies, books, blogs, videos, social media, and more. My experience as an SAP customer, consultant, strategist, and marketer gives me a well-rounded understanding of SAP and its customers, and a unique perspective to storytelling.
