The whole team is on a boat.

The Promised Land is the best development environment what we can imagine: an effective team who can take pride in our work, happy our customers, opportunities for learning and growth.

Ask our team:

1.      What are the opportune winds that will help us propel our ship to the Promised Land?

2.      What are the anchors that are holding us back?

3.      What are the rocks and pirates that can sink our ship (or at least do some damages)?

The Promised Land

The best development environment what we can imagine: an effective team who can take pride in our work, happy our customers, opportunities for learning and growth

Opportune Winds

Everyone works hard; Good working environment

We have plan, review meeting; Scrum execution is good

We finished most part of tasks; task split is clear

Everyone has more chance to enhance himself

Anchors, Rocks & Pirates

We have work dependency on other teams

External factors like build quality, PRQ ambiguity and some processes affect team work schedule

We should keep study and improve ourselves
