Yesterday I got the opportunity to listen to Laurent Rieu’s (SAP EMEA Mobile Solutions CoE) keynote presentation at the SAP Business Week in Stockholm, Sweden. The headline was “Mobile reshapes the Enterprise”, but it could also have been “Mobile reshapes the world and way we are living and interaction our surrounding.”
A research from IDC and Facebook shows that 79% of the respondents reach for their phone within 15 minutes of waking. . I would guess that people don’t pull back the curtains anymore to see the weather outside - they are looking on their weather forecast app to decide what to wear today. How will this impact the way we are living and they way companies interact with their customers?
We also got the opportunity to look into the future on how hands-free with augmented reality via smart glasses will totally reshape the why we are used to work.
