I strongly believe that Business Intelligence should serve its main goal: make more Money for Business, the DELTA.
The DELTA can be generated by increasing income and/or reducing expenses only.
There is no other way.
Business Intelligence project can be regarded as successful if it answers at least one of those questions constantly.
That's it, by now it's simple.
