I am biased of course, but I really think that the SAP Mentor initiative is the biggest innovation in community engagement not only for SAP, but I am convinced that people will realize that a program around your most passionate community influecers makes sense for everyone involved. We are of course standing on the shoulders of giants like the Microsoft MVP program.
