2 new documents about SAP decision management vision and roadmap

Recently my colleague Dr. Shuki Idan (shuki.idan@sap.com) have written 2 interesting documents about the vision and roadmap for decision management (a.k.a business rules management systems / BRMS) in SAP:

1. The first document - SAP Decision Management Vision and Roadmap, gives some background about decision management / BRMS and describes the new demands trends for this domain, as well as the roadmap of SAP product offerings view of these trends.


2. The second document (which is accessible only to SAP customers, partners and employees) is the formal and detailed roadmap of SAP Decision Service Management (DSM) including details about the integration of Decision Service Management (DSM) and BRFplus and HANA Rules Framework (HRF) .

As we get lots of questions about SAP's decision management portfolio (see also my blog FAQ about HRF and DSM...) - I hope these 2 documents will help you to understand our vision.
