Originally joined SAP as a documentation developer in Walldorf in 1990. Switched to contractor in 1992, worked on and off for SAP over the years on various projects, including original documentation style guide, info design project, etc. Also translated many SAP authors' books from German to English for Addison-Wesley, including Process-Driven SAP R/3, and several ABAP books. Rejoined SAP as an employee in April 2001 at the Palo Alto Labs location. First worked on accessibility/Section 508, then moved to SAP Developer Network, now SAP Community Network, where I launched the BPX Community webpages. Currently responsible for Business Process News @SCN newsletter and co-editor of main SCN homepage (http://scn.sap.com/welcome).
