Short Bio:
Ray Rivera is a Solutions Owner in the HR Line of Business, and serves as a subject matter expert in the field of HCM analytics. He holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University, where his research investigated the financial impact of investments in workforce learning and development. Prior to joining SAP he designed and launched the ASTD WLP Scorecard, a decision-support and predictive analytics tool for managers of the training function. He is the author of several academic and professional journal articles, industry reports, and a book and book chapter.
