This February 2015, launches our SAP Silicon Valley employee engagement initiative, called Month of Inclusion, across all Bay Area campuses.

Month of Inclusion -- featuring more than 90 speaker sessions by SAP executives and external thought leaders/practitioners -- offers employees a multitude of opportunities to explore a range of personal and professional development topics, including innovation, key social issues, parenting, family, wellness, and careers.

Month of Inclusion also launches our 2015 SAP Speaker Series, with live talks at our Silicon Valley campuses by some of the top speakers featured on TED – beginning with acclaimed author, adventurer, and cultural thinker Pico Iyer on February 5, and continuing throughout 2015.

During Month of Inclusion, we encourage employees to explore their story by exposing them to the wide range of values, personal and professional development opportunities, and innovation topics at SAP. This month-long initiative enables employees to align their values to their work, career path, and to the greater good SAP is accomplishing.

Month of Inclusion provides employees an opportunity to connect with like-minded colleagues across SAP Silicon Valley, whether the topic is innovation, technology, volunteerism, or education. With top SAP leaders at the forefront of numerous sessions, employees are able to associate with the bigger story that SAP is pursuing.

We hope to fuel engagement with employees and executives during Month of Inclusion, with a lasting affect that continues throughout 2015 and beyond. SAP Employees can follow the marquee events on our local JAM site and friends of SAP can follow @SAPsv for updates.
