Soocs was founded in 2011 by Stefan Koehler to provide independent and specialised consulting services for Oracle databases in (SAP based) mission critical environments. Stefan Koehler is working as an independent consultant with the main focus on Oracle database technology (performance, backup and recovery, high availability) for SAP and non-SAP systems and SAP performance tuning. He is working with Oracle since 2003 and is very experienced in tuning large and critical Oracle databases or SAP system landscapes (> 10 TB database, > 4000 concurrent SAP users).
