Where to find  usually in  Working directory : /usr/sap/tmp


-SAPOSCOL Log Files

First of all make sure , SAPOSCOL is the latest one according to notes:

#19227- Open newest saposcol

In the logfile the relevant part is see on the example:

It is reccomended to check in the log :   LOG: Shared Memory Size
