This year, I attended my fifth consecutive SAP TechEd event. I am continually drawn to this event for the opportunity to collaborate with industry specialists and to load up on innovative ideas and industry trends. It's not only the things you learn from experts - but also the people you meet and the connections you make which makes this event so special to many SAP practitioners.

For me, the best thing about spending time with the SAP Community is having the opportunity to share ideas and learn from other like minded people. These ideas and thinking contribute to making my own work better, which, of course, helps me advance.  Some would argue that you're as successful as the company you keep, and I can say from experience that there is a connection between our friends and who we are.

Here's your chance to spend some time with some friends who made my SAP TechEd 2010 a successful event.

-          Alisdair Templeton (winner SAP DemoJam Las Vegas 2010)

-          Matt Harding (winner SAP DemoJam Las Vegas 2010, SAP Mentor)

-          Graham Robinson (SAP Mentor)
