How to raise a ticket to SAP

I would like to know all the details as to how to raise a ticket to SAP.

service.sap.comlogin to sap notes with ur s ID. under Report a product error u can raise a message

Thanks for your reply, but I 'm not able to find the option " SAP Notes" on the service.sap.com site.

I was able to get "search SAP note" option ...is this the one you said.

Please guide.

Can any one explain the process of ticketing from end- user to consultant.

how we will get and how to utilize the ticketing tool like remedy.
