Create additional Print Item value in MN21.

Hi experts,

Is it possible to create new/additional "Print Item" field value?

What is the prerequisite?

In tcode MN21, I found the standard value for Print Item as follow:

Print Item Text

(blank) No Document Printout

1 Material Document Printout

2 Return Delivery

3 GR/GI Slip for Subcontracting

4 Inventory List W/o Sales Price

5 Inventory List w. Sales Price

6 Matl Doc. Printout for GR/GI

Please advise how to create/configure the new Print Item.

Then how can I assign the Print Item to specific movement type? For example I need to assign this Print item for movement type 101.

Please advise if any other subsequent steps after create the new entry of Print Item.

you allocate it to a goods receipt movement type in OMB5.

Best you go via customizing path IMG > MM > IM >

...Print Control

... Message determination.

There you see all related activities next to each other.
