0MATERIAL_ATTR Append Structure Problem

Hello.

First, let me say that I'm pretty new to BI, so please bare with me as it might be a simple thing that I forgot to do.

I've created an append structure to 0MATERIAL_ATTR, activated it but when replicating my data sources in BI, can't see the new fields added. I did update the ZXRSAU02 include to feed the values but it's not even about values problem as I do not see the fields in my BI 0MATERIAL_ATTR Data Source.

I also thought that from RSA3 I could see the newly appended field by using the data source 0MATERIAL_ATTR but it's not the case; is it a normal behaviour?

Any help would be appreciated.

Go to RSA6 ->Change mode> 0material_attr

See if you have unticked the "Hide fields" option for your appened fields, if its ticked untick it.

Hi John,

By default any new feild added in the data source will be hidden, this has to be unhide and customner version edit data source.

The check in the column hide agaist this feild has to be removed and only then will you be able to see it in BI.
