Save PO as PDF

Hi all,

How do I save a PO as PDF file once the NEU msgty type is processed?

Is it possible to save the Smart form assigned to the NEU as PDF?

Please use RSTXPDF4 and enter the spool # for PDF output.

You can automate this by calling the FM CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF after output deternination. consult your Abapper

in se38 u can use RSTXPDF4 and then enter the number of spool for PDF output.

Run Program RSTXPDFT4 in SE38 / SA38 with Spool Request Number. The Program will Convert po into PDF format.

Hi,

When you are taking the printout, the system will generate a spool request and making use of this spool request number you can convert the PO in PDF format.

Now go to SA38/ SE38 and then enter RSTXPDF4 program name and then enter the spool number and execute and give the preffered location to save the document.

Hi,

In the output type, enter MAIL as printer name and in the recipient field you can enter the user name or common mail box name. Then the system can send the output as .PDF attachment.
