Default attendance/absence type in cat2

Hi,

I am getting two values as default for the attendance/absence type while going to cat2 transaction for time sheet entry for a particular pernr only.

Please let me know its reason.What needs to be done in order to remove these.

PLease check data entry profile customizing. You may have maintained an attendance type by default there.

The employee may have saved one of his entered timsheets as a template and the same timesheet is re-appearing.Check whether any templates are saved, and delet them if not required.

How can I check whether he has maintained any templates.

I suppose you go into Extras>Delete template on the menu, and if there are any templates saved, they get deleted.
