BAdI-Technology & mySAP HCM

Hi,

the BAdI-Technology will be more and more important for mySAP HCM. They offer special functions which are very helpful. I have used BAdI's in a case of an implementation of Management by Objectives.

My Problem, I am not a native Programmer

Are there any helpful informations according to BAdI-Programming ? I have only found a chapter in BC425.

Hi Michael,

BAdI is SAP's OO approach to the erstwhils User Exits. The one great advantage with a BAdI is, you can have any number of implementations for the same definition. If you have already used one (like you said in MBO).. the procedure is pretty much same for all BAdIs.. you look up for the suitable definitions in SE18, create the implementations in SE19 & put the custom code inside the relevant methods.
