SQL error 600 occurred when accessing program "RSMW_SHOW_TOPNERRORS " part

Hi,

The env details are

oracle 10g; solaris 10 and for the CRM 2007.

I have recently upgraded from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2007. The upgrade is successfully completed, but facing the following error.

When ever I execute few transactions it is throwing a dump as

SQL error 600 occurred when accessing program "RSMW_SHOW_TOPNERRORS

and says an exceptional situation has occurred in the ORACLE software, possibly due to an error. This is not an error in an application program.

Please do the needful.

Best Regards

M. Kumar

Hi,

ORA-600 errors are generally preceeded by another ORA- error. Can you please check for ORA-error being reported earlier to the ORA-600 error. That would give some idea related to the error. You should get the error in System log SM21 and even in the Oracle alert log.

Sorry repeating as mentioned earlier in the message by someone else as well. This ORA-error would give the idea to the real problem as ORA-600 can sometimes be very generic.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Sunil.

Check your syslog and the Oracle alert<SID>.log. An ORA-00600 is a generic error and usually has arguments with it.
