the main points for PS are -

make sure programs are run to regenerate substitution and validation routines, summarisation if used etc

some customisation has to be done in PRD - make sure that is doen - things like updating Z tables with PRD specific master data, table controls for various objects

master data loads - make sure that you all the required project master data collected from the client to create them in the new PRD environment

then after setting relevant statuses assign the necessary objects like sales orders to WBS billing element, PO account assignments against WBS or NWA

finally make sure that all the costs and revenues both planned and actual are converted for the projects taken over

PS cut over document is built as you go along the realisation part of the project and is unique for every project

even if I gave you one, it would be meaningless if you did not use those functionalities

Hi,

The main thing is in cove under cut over document is following:-

1. Close all the pending GRN & SES and rest of transaction(PR & PO) should be upload in new system from existing system.

2. Upload all inventory(Stock) in new storage location.
