Hi PP experts, anyone knows if it is possible and how to do create Process Orders Without a Material and Without a Master Recipe?
Thanks!!
HI
You have to tick Does not use a Master recipe in Order type Dependent parameter in T.code COR4 - Order Type Dependent Parameter.

When I try it in my system and when it does not have a recipe created, it gives an information message that "default operation" added but did does ask us to select the recipe and counter.
Check whether you are using the right order type and u have done OPJG config correctly.

Hi,
Do the config OPJG (default operation value for order type). In this define what should be the default operation, control key and other information for the plant and order type combination. If you do not want to confirm the operation, give the default control key as PI00.
So now if you create a process order without material (CORO) it will bring in the default operation in the order and you can create the order without any issue.
Try it and revert back.

Swapnil

T-code CORO is the way, but as Robert said I have to create one reference recipe group with no data, because system ask me for a master recipe. isn´t it? Any other idea?
Thanks

Dear,
If you want to use a cleanout recipe
T code CORO
create a order w/o material for rework qty
Make the same entries as described under Creating a Process Order With a Material. Use OPJG config to have a default operation defined for the plant and order type combination.
Please find the required details and conditions for creating process orders without master recipe.

Hi,
you can create process order without material
with t-code CORO there you need to give reference recipe( no need to go for BOM) even. This is normally used for REWORK order. Create one reference recipe group and you can use that repeatedly for n number of process orders.
