forced request language is an iView property.

Go to content admin, navigate to your particular iView. Double click on it. The iView properties page will open up. There you will find this property.

Did you try changing the browser language?

Also, change the language from the personalise option as described in the below URL.

oh yah, your requirement is you want to change the language of just one iView.

The only way I can think of is changing the forced request language to German.

Hi Martin,

if you want to change the iView's tittle just by changing it in the workset it should work. So open the workset that contains the iView, right/click the iVIew and change the Name property. This works almost all the times, but once, in the SRM BP iViews it doesn't so I had to copy the iView and change the Name of the copy and then I added the copy (with the new name) to the workset or rol.

The language of the content, you already have the anwser ... change Forced Request Language.

Hope this help you
