Counting class of period work schedule not available

Hi All,

After updating the quotas (Live) from report RPTQTA00, when i tried to book CL/PL/SL, I am getting an error "*Counting class of period work schedule 10/PW01 not available on 22.10.2008"* i have cross checked counting classes for PWS and counting rules and other info....still i am getting the same.

means that counting class is there but it is not available of above said plese check the configuration very carefully what dates you created the counting class rules

You might have copied previous counting classes in the system please checkt with the dates

Hi.. Check the counting class on the absences. Sometimes, the problem could be because the counting class on absences also

Delete the counting rule and create again.

Also check the deduction rule - Absence quota

I have checked everything fine......i could run time evaluation also but could nt book leave...
