Hi,
I am lacking a separate forum for security questions like SOX, user management, authorization tools, SSL/SNC etc.
Today I have to scan several different forums..
Best regards

If there is enough demand from the community SDN will be happy to create a forum, so folks reply if you are interested!

Not realy sure what you mean by this.
I have not found any, and that is why I am requesting one forum dedicated for security questions.

Hi Fredrik, All,
I agree - I have been wondering the same for a while now.
How many votes do we need?

Thanks Frank!
I noticed somthing strange in the forums today.
THe topics are automatically sorted by Last Post date, but when a user goes in and edits a message, the last POst date is updated and the topic jumps to the top of the list, even if no new post is made. Okay... so it is actually a "last edited or posted date".
But when some users go through the messages (possibly in <admin> big brother is watching mode </admin>) without a visible edit being made nor a new post being added, the Last Post date is also updated and the post jumps to the top of the list.
Is this intentional?
Kind regards,
Julius

As another alternative, there is already a well-established and active discussion forum available for security topics, located on ASUG.com under the Security SIG. You will find a friendly and honest community of security administrators, responding promptly with responses based on years of real-world, day in day out hands on experience. Tools and technologies, processes, best practices, SOx, experiences with SAP partner products- all of these and more have been discussed recently. You are all welcome to review the list of recent postings.

I hope to see some of you posting there soon.

Hi Gretchen,
Unfortunately not everyone is an ASUG member and able to view the list.
