Blank UI when logging into CRM 2007 webUI

I am getting blank UI even after doing org-business role assignment right. however when I add SAP _ALL it works. what am I missing?

assing UIU_COM authoriztion to your pfcg role.

problem solved by assigning UIU_COMP with *! full marks to my fellow SDNer who suggested this. Appreciate it very much.

You have to assign also authorization role. The business role is just to customaze the display on WEB UI, but the authorization role is still needed to allow access to objects. For sales purposes you can use authorization role SAP_CRM_UIU_SLS_PROFESSIONAL.

The PFCG role CRMUIUSLS*PROFESSIONAL is already assigned to SU01 of the user. It looks like a deeper problem.
