Read Master Data for Process order status change (REL to CRTD)

I am unable to read master data and thus change the status of process order from REL to CRTD. (COR2)

The reason it says, error in BOM reading, Transport Requirement (TR) already generated.

Even after deleting the TR (LB02), the issue still exists.

Is there another way of changing the status or some more steps are needed for the TR deletion?

We were having the same issue. The workaround for this problem is to set all of the component quantities in the order to zero and save. This will reverse the transfer requirement and this will allow you to re-read the master data and reset the order status to CRTD.

Order header Status-

REL Released

MSPT Material shortage

PRT Printed

PRC Pre-costed

BASC Batch assignment complete

BCRQ Order to be handled in batches

SETC Settlement rule create.

In the error log it gives-

Diagnosis

Transfer requirements have already been generated, so therefore the bill of material cannot be read.

System Response

The system does not execute the action.

Then I deleted the TR (LB02), but still I cannot reread the master data.

The MSPT was for only 2 materials out of 6 and there is no GMPS status.

There is prod supply area and control cycle used.

In the process order..click the "Go to" --> List --? WM pick list..in the click on "Order documents" check if any TO has been created...

If yes, delete the TO also.

as u said, u deleted the TO.

do one thing , manually remove the batched from the component overview of the order. and then do the read PP master data.

it should work.

Thanks for the replies

1) TO has not been generated yet. Its in TR status.

So, there is no batch number for deletion in the process order as the batch number would be automatically generated during TO process.

and that hasn''t happened yet.

2) I looked at the ->List 'Documents for Order' and

there is no TO, just TR with all the components listed,

I deleted the TR and came back to the process order to check the documents for order 'Log for staging'.

It gives: 'WM staging of materials successfully completed'

I think deletion of TR does not reverse the staging. Some other thing has to happen in order to reverse the staging.

Hi,

In Read PP master data, the status changes to Process order from REL to CRTD.

While reading the BOM and routing u2026.. Mark explosion date properly and read again master data. If any confirmation or GI or GR happened then system not allowed to Read the data.

Make sure all Transfer requirement deleted.
