Hello,
I have an EP6 SP13 with KM. I have approx 20.000 documents in a custom CM rep. The documents are located in a deep folder structure.
I would like to build a page with 3 or 4 iViews which contain different views to this repository. One should only show the user's last 10 (or 20) used documents, regardless in which folder or subfolder it is located (the recently used entry point is not a solution for that since it only shows links to the folder not to the document itself). How can I do that? I tried to use a query based taxonomy (query: "name = *") sorted by access date but this is very slow and I could not find out how to restrict the display to 10 or 20 documents.
So my question is: How can I show the user's last X used documents in a performant way?
TIA,
Uwe
