Hi

my report has following fields.

prjid, tower, overallrating.

the tower values are like tower1, tower2,

overallrating - 5,4,3,2,1

i want to show a pier chart for each tower overallrating/prjid

means how many projects are rated with 5,4,3,2, in each tower.

can you give me solution what i have to take in data tab of pie chart ?

Thanks, i got it.

now my problem is solved.

but in other report similarly i want to display 6 bar graphs.

but ther is no option for multliple bar graphs.

please give me solution.

Well as far as bar chart is concern you can't do that, you have to create separate bar charts for it.

you didn't understand my query.

if i place overallrating/prjid then it will give chart for whole records.

but i want it on tower-wise,

i have 7 towers.

so i want to dispaly 7 bar charts for 7 towers in one report.

Ok try this,

Click on the Chart option --->Type= Multiple Pie Chart. Data=Advanced, choose On Group Change from the drop down menu and enter groups which are going to affect the pie charts. Like Code1, Code2,Code3. Then under show values, choose the values you intend to show.

Swetha, I think you answered your own question. You have two fields, overallrating/prjid, select that from the options once you open the pie chart and place the pie chart either on the header or footer of the report.
