AFS PO Route Determination

HI Guru,

I am working on SAP AFS 600 system.

I want to determine the route in Purchase Order. I have done all the setting.

Thus at the SKU level in delivery schedule Transportation buttion activated & Route gets determined. But My Problem is if I am changing the the Transport Condition, new delivery date doen't get calculated?

What needs to be done for the same? also Forward & Backward calculation is also not working....

Please Guide me on the same...
