Error message no. KT312:- Background processing incomplete

Hi,

I am not getting "New Entries" tab when going through path:

IMG --> Enterprise Structure --> Definition --> Controlling --> Maintain Controlling Area

for "Maintaing the Controlling Area" with the company code".

System is giving me error message no. KT312:- Background processing incomplete; display only.

Please let me know how can i resolve this issue.

You Have any Back Groud Jobs Cancel through T.Code: SM37, and Remove Locks: SM12,

Also Refer SAP Note 137516 - Controlling area, version maintenance: '=KILL'
