Dear
At the time of releasing the production order i got error
Error during availability check for order 6000137 (see log)
Message no. CO820
Diagnosis
Errors occurred during the availability check for order 6000137. For information on the exact errors, see the log.
Usually, these error messages are written to the log for the availability check. However, if the availability check is performed, for example, during an order release process, the messages appear in the release log. Similar variances can occur if you call the availability check from other contexts.
System Response
The check was canceled. The results in the order reservations and in the order header are not necessarily correct!
Procedure
Use the error messages in the log to locate and solve the cause of the errors. Afterwards restart the availability check.

First go to OPJK select your order type, then check material checking rule select 2 ( check availability During order release,
Also check Material availability
Checking rule (PP) and Collective conversion
Then go to Checking rule OPJJ
Check For Availability 01 Checking rule PP
Also select Availability 01 in MRP in Master Data
then check it while order creation

I think u haven't maintain the Individual check (02) at Availability check in Material Master.
Maintain the same, u will get rid from the problem.
