Time evaluation error "Error while positioning ABWKONTI" for leave entitlem

We are currently running on SAP ECC5. Time evaluation is run with schema TQTA everymonth to create leave quotas in info type 2006.

I am experiencing a time evaluation error "Error while positioning ABWKONTI" for one employee when running TQTA.

This employee was engaged on 14/08/2006. When I checked the logged changes per infotype, I found that a record for 14/07/2006 was deleted. I did check all the infotypes and all is reflecting the correct start date. I would really appreciate if someone can tell me how to fix this problem. Currently the leave entitlements are being processed manually. Please see below the error I am receiving:-

you can use RPCLSTB2 to view the cluster for tat employee

RPUREOB2 to delete the cluster.

Hi,

you can acess time data in Tcode PT66

If you want to delete specific cluster B2 records, use reports

RPUP2D00 and RPUP2D10.

I have checked all the info types including info type 7 and all is reflecting the new start date being 14/08/2006. No records exist for the old start date (14/07/2006).

check his cluster data. if there is some data delete the cluster and try to run time eval .

The PCR has already been set up for the entire company (4000 employees) and is working fine, so is TQTA for everyone except for this one employee. I suspect that it has to do with the fact that payroll has engaged him on 14/07/2006 and then changed the engagement date to 14/08/2006. I just don't know how to fix it for this one employee without engaging him on a new employee number.

Please check 0007 infotype. the start date would have been the old hiring date

Which Function Ur using for TQTR, Check That other wise P2006 Function Used.

I think the error is in ur PCR.

First u Understand the business process then write the PCR.

Send ur pcr what u had written.

also send ur Business senerio.like Conditions........

Hi Raj, there are no system generated quotas. I am trying to generate the quotas from the engagment date but I can't as I am getting this error.
