Hi All,
In MSS- Attendance Overview, there is a drop down box with employee type list. There are 2 entries in the list 1. All Employees 2. Directly reporting Employees.
Is this a java iview?
How is this drop down box populated and is it possible to add extra options? If so how?
Any help would be most welcome,
Liz.
Liz,
This is based on Object and Data Provider(OADP) concept.
Go to SPRO-Integration with Other mySAP.com Components-Business Packages/Functional Packages-Manager Self-Service(mySAP ERP)-Object and Data Provider-Object Provider/Data Provider
Read the documentation of subnodes in Object Provider and Data Provider and you will get more details
check this link
you will get details on OADP but main topic may not be relevant in that link
Thanks

Hey,
Thanks for the response. When you say "Go to SPRO-Integration with Other mySAP.com Components-Business Packages/Functional Packages-Manager Self-Service(mySAP ERP)-Object and Data Provider-Object Provider/Data Provider", where will i find SPRO-Integration? Do i have to be an administrator to access this option? I take it that is an option somewhere in portal? I only have access to content administration..
Thanks,
Liz.
For this you have to create Organizational Views and View Groups under SPRO-> Business Package for MSS.......then you can see additional options in the DropDown....
