Hi,

What is the Tcode for PO deletion.

There is no Tcode as such which delete PO .We can delete the line items

of PO in transaction ME22N(item level)

Hi Utsa,

You cannot delete PO.

You can only delete item lines in PO.

There are 2 ways of doing it.

1. Go to transaction ME22N - select each item line & then delete.

2. On Item details, delivery tab there is indicator for Delivery complete. Just, set the indicator & PO will be completed.

P.S. It is a general practice to set delivery completed indicator rather than deleting line items.

There is no such T.code for the del. of PO.

Go to ME22N select the line item and delete it.

Hi,

SAP does not provide any separate T- code to delete the PO and same time PO cannt be deleted at header level.

use the ME22N> go inside>select the line item & delete it.

here just go in to Po and then delete all the items ur po will get deleted and to archive it use me98

Hi,

There is no direct t-code for PO deletion in standard SAP. You can delete the PO line items in ME22N by selecting the deletion indicator.

or

You can archive the POs in SARA or ME98 transaction.

To archive the POs, first you have to delete the PO line items.

We cannot delete PO directly you can delete items in PO.
