I have a rss feed reader iview that do by the xml template in the portal, but it can't access the url: http://finance.yahoo.com/rss/headline?s=BMY, the error is:
An unknown Exception occured while rendering feed content -Connection timed out:could be due to invalid address, but i can open this link in the IE.
whether do i need change some configuration for the rss feed url?

Check your IE security setting "Allow data sources across domain" for the appropriate zone. You need to set it to Enable or Prompt.

This might be because the SAP Portal might be behind firewall. Ask your security person not to block this URL. You have to set the proxy settings to view this URL in the portal
