Express document 'Update was terminated from the author XYZ'

I am trying to post the Bill of Materials components and its sub item components from the third party system and during this process I am getting the following error.

'Express document' 'Update was terminated from the author 'XYZ'.

When I am during update from the Function Module within SAP I am able to post succeed without any error.

Please do the needful.

Hi,

Check the SAP Inbox for the reason of the update termination. Usually you get the reason for it.

Use transactions SM13 and SM14 to analyse failed updates. Also look at the system log and the dump analysis.
