Replenishment job(LP21)

Hello,

I am facing an issue with RLLLNACH1 (replenishment job using LP21).

It is not creating the TR and job is getting complete but showing this message in log.

just see long text for LP325 warning message and you will get the answer:

Diagnosis

In the storage location, the replenishment technique 1 is set. This means that the replenishment takes place directly for TO confirmation per transfer order, if the minimum quantity is fallen short of. As a result, open transport requirements are not taken into consideration.

You start the replenishment report, which is scheduled if no special replenishment technique is set for the storage type. This replenishment report generates transport requirements, which, however, are not taken into account for automatic replenishment from transfer order confirmation. Therefore, it can happen that, in total, too much replenishment is requested for individual storage bins.

Procedure

Check whether you have entered the correct storage type.

it is customizing setting:

Logistics Execution>Warehouse Management>Interfaces>Define Production>replenishment movement type-->Assign:

Set Replenishment method in the storage type (Replenish.) field to replenishment method - ' ' Replenishment report

I have already made that setting earlier but now removed 'Auto TO' from 319 mvt typ.

And now getting this....( but my storage type is not 500 and it is correct in the variant)even there is no open TR existing
