Attach file to order

I want to attach excel file with order, how can i attach the same, as there is no option,

while in VF01 screen i have a attchment option where i can attch the file. How to atctivate the same attachment option for the order.

Dear Rishi,

Once you activate the file attachment option it will executed in the sales order change screen ,Delivery change screen and also in Billing change screen.So if you have attchment option in VF02 same option will be available in the Sales order screen also (i.e in VA02).

To activate this option go to SU01 transaction enter User name then clik on change icon now system will take you to the Maintain User screen here you clik on Parameters Tab here you maintain SD_SWU_ACTIVE parameter Id then save the settings.

Now come out from the transactions and re enter in to VA02 now you can able to see Services for Object Icon in the Top left side of the sales order change over view screen(Before the Change Standard order XXXXXX and above the document flow Icon) If you click on this Icon system will give the option by choosing proper option you can attach the files to the sales documents.
