Dear all,

I am new fico consultant in my project i have to integrate hr Payroll and timemanagement with FI so pl tell me the detailed steps and proceedure what i have to folllow. in integration.

and also give the what r the gls i have to create for hr related and entries.

Hi Girija

The gateway for FI - HR integration is through the transaction Codes

1. OBYE - Here the P&L Account automatic account determination is done

2. OBYG - Here Balance Sheet Accounts automatic account determination is done.

Prior to this you need to inform the HR Consultant to create the symbolic accounts and employee groups because these two parameters are used during the integration process.

Later for CO - HR integration is done at the Employee Master level. Here the Cost Center is given in the Employee master.

This is brief to explain and any indepth configurations specification is required do come back for further queries.
