Hi All,

I have created a PO to tranfer of stock from Mfg. plant to Depot plant by T code ME21n.

For releasing the PO in ME29n it is not showing the 'Release strategy' tab page.Because of that I can't release the PO.

Pl. guide me for this. Can I do MIGO directly?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Anup.

Sorry Anup,

As this is a Stock transfer order, first you have to run the MIGO for good issue for purchase order and the movement type will be 351.

After this you can do the Good receipt for the same PO in MIGO and the movement type will be 101

I hope it will help

Manish

Hi,

This error message may be because following reason:

1)Purchase order is not released

2)Good receipt is already done, please check the Purchase Order history.

3)Movement type in MIGO is wrong. It should be 101

4)In this PO GR-Based Invoice verification check box not selected in Invoice tab of PO,If this check box not selected you can do the MIRO without MIGO.

I hope it will help

Hi,

Don't you get a message when you enter in ME29N refereing to the PO number?

If release tab is not diplayed it is likely that the STO doesn't meet the conditions defined in the release strategy. If it is the case, you can go ahead with the process, and book GI and GR (based on your process, settings).

If you want the release strategy applicable for the STO, please check your settings:

(This is for PR but the settings for PO are very similar)

Csaba
