Hi

when i am trying to create the sales plan using transaction mc81,a maintain version window is popping up ,after giving my own version number me getting following error

Internal error: 010

Message no. MA099

Diagnosis

An internal error has occurred.

System Response

Further processing of this task is not possible.

Procedure

Note the number of the error and contact your systems administrator.

Do any body know the cause..??

do you have access to SAPNet? If yes, search for notes with the tcode and message number, may be this helps

ask your administrator to apply the corrections from note 988323, or, if you can, call tcode snote, download the note and if it's valid for your system, apply it.
