Error while creating Sales Order

Hi,

When I am creating a Cash Sale Order using VA01, I am getting the below error after SAVE

'Express document "Update was terminated" received from author', document number is showing up but not getting saved.

This error is coming up in testing system and not in development system. Can some one please help me to know why this error comes up?

This error is to be solved with the help of Basis consultant.

Hi Surya

As you are creating the cash sale order and when you are trying to save that cash sale order you are getting the message Express document "Update was terminated", So check the number range

1) The number range you assigned in VOV8 for BV document type is not updating

2) Check wheather the data is getting updated or not by going to SNUM and give the object

As the data is not getting updated It is better to consult your BASIS consultant
