Updating Invoice Documents

Is there any method through which we can edit or update a saved document like A/R Invoice,A/P Invoice??

Hi Divya,

Pls save the document in draft mode if u think there may be some changes in future , SBO did not allow to change the save AR or AP as there accounting entries and Jouranal Entries is created , you can reverse the same by making Memo for invoice and then go for fresh invoice with finak data.

In rare case we can go for technical changes but they are not supposed to do as lot of tables is to bo modified.

Hi,

theres no way you can edit such documents, but you can use the A/R and A/P Credit Memo to cancel them. Create a new A/R or A/P invoice Just duplicate the previous document them make some necessary corrections. That is the flow of SBO and it have its purpose so that we can see the history of the document.
