GR and GR SLIP PRINT

Dear all,

we need to have GR document and GR SLIP/tag PRINT

please suggest how to create if standard transaction is available

if not pl suggest what is needed to do,

GR Slip configurations:

1) Maintaining output condition type: Materials Management--- >Inventory Management and Physical Inventory--- >Output Determination--- >Maintain Conditions->MN21/MN22/MN23 a) WE03: Collective-> Transaction event key (WE) -> Print version 3(individual slip)-> Print item 1(Material document printout)-> enter-> select the line item-> click on communication->Maintain output device-> click on print immediately->save. b) WE01: Individual

2) Printer determination by plant/storage location: IMG ---> Materials Management - -- >Inventory Management and Physical Inventory --- > Output Determination --- >Printer Determination--- > Printer Determination by Plant/Storage Location->OMJ3->Plant/sloc/output device/condition type.

3) Check the modifiable Field: OMJN: RM07M-WVERS3: DHRI

4) ME21N->Migo->check collective field->save->Display documents->output in line item->Display output->Green/Yellow highlighted.

5) Maintain the dispatch time for WE03/WE01: Materials Management ---- >Inventory Management and Physical Inventory ----- >Output Determination --- > Maintain Output Types->select the WE03-> click on display-> select condition type WE03->click on default value->select print immediately.

6) Print: MB90/MB02/03

Hi,

To Enable print for GR you need to follow the below steps:

1) maintain the printer in the SAP system.

2) Assign the printer to WE01 output type in OMJ3 Tcode with combination of Plant + Storage location

3) Maintain the condition record in MN21 or NACE for individual slips or collective slips.

After doing the above steps you need to select the print button when you are doing MIGO_GR and select the slip types like individual or collective.

If you maintain the condition record as print immediatley you will get the print out immedialtley when save the document otherwise run T.code MB90.

Hi,

Maintain ctype WE01--GR slip (POs), version 1 in customizing for inventory management or NACE tcode and perform a GR.

In MB90, you can print the slip..

if you want to take out the material document print out then go to MB03 and from there you can take it out
