Service Desk Message average processing time and totally processing time

Do you know how to analysis the totally processing time for emssages and average processing time for a message ?

Is it available in service desk area?

Hi,

There is no standard report for this. You need to develop the same with CRM_DNO_MONITOR as the backbone.

Hi,

We cannot see Process from CRM_DNO_MONITOR, We need to use the structures that hold these data (You refert to the same report).
