Which SAP courses cover the SOA/ESA topics including SAP PI/XI, Compositin Environment, etc.?

Which documents or SDN blogs are useful here?

You can get a lot of information from SOA area at SDN "Service-Oriented Architecture".

If you want to explore the available services you should go to "Explore Enterprise Services".

Regarding the trainning, you can find the curriculum for SOA/Enterprise Architecture at:

The introdutory courses are SAPNW, NW001 and SOA100

Regarding PI the curriculum is:

Regarding the blogs, I know some of them, but would be important to know what are you trying to achieve.
