Fixed Assets Questions

Hi Experts,

I am trying to add 5 Fixed Assets to my system which have already been depreciated in another accounting system.

I could not get SAP's depreciation figures to match mine, so I have creating some dummy assets in attempt to figure out how SAP works out Historic APC, Acquisition Value, Net Book Value and Ordinary Depreciation.

I am still struggling to get SAP to give me the figures I would expect. Should I be completing the Historic APC field when adding the Fixed Asset?

Hi Fernando,

Did you get the correct link? I have the same question regarding the creation of assets with historical figures.

I can do that with an imported Excel file, but not with creating manually an asset
